Help Desk Analyst Location: US-PA-Bethlehem Email this job to a friend

- Augment the existing help desk team by answering basic service calls and processing service requests.
- Serve as the first point of contact for PC swaps and assist with the rollouts of new PCs.
- Support ongoing plant upgrades and other initiatives by providing technical assistance and resolving support requests.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and implement long-term solutions for Tier 1 support, ensuring effective replacement of personnel.
- Maintain a good personal touch and provide a white-glove experience to end-users, offering both on-site and remote support as appropriate.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day network operations and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Provide Windows support (Windows 10-11) to end-users, with a strong understanding of basic Windows troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus, but not a requirement.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience providing Windows support in a helpdesk or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11 operating systems and proficiency in resolving basic Windows issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users effectively.
- Experience with PC swaps and rollouts, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
