Looking consultant for the Help Desk Team.

This is a 100% on-site role out of our Reston, VA office.

Highly looking a US person ( or Permanent Resident Green Card

• Create repeatable process to create and manage workstation images for different user groups.
• Create automation scripts to onboard new users (On Prem and Azure AD, RSA, DUO, email etc.).
• Share user support tasks such as password resets, imaging new computers and troubleshooting workstation application issues with existing team members.
• Must have the following skills and prior experience:
  • Demeanor and patience to work with technically challenged users and assist them with workstation/account/software issues.
  • Scripting using PowerShell to automate administrative and maintenance tasks.
  • Experience with one or more COTS toolsets to automate workstation imaging process.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues (COTS such as MS Office and other third-party software) and resolving them.
• Desired skills:
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow to create automation workflows, asset management etc.
  • Server patch management
  • Installation and management of enterprise applications
