QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support
Experience working in Azure/Azure AD environments
Strong communication skills and ability to explain things technically and non-technically
Experience setting up VPNs
Ability to configure SAML based SSO in Azure
Experience working with users that have strict timelines & scarce availability
Experience upgrading systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11
2+ years of experience working in a ticket management system such as Jira
Experience working in lab-based IT environments Strong familiarity with Agile methodology
Desire to expand skillset and work in a rapidly evolving environment
