Helpdesk/Service Desk
JD for Remote TechnicalServiceDesk
Provide TechnicalSupportfor Desktop, Mail client and MS office products.
Assistance to users for accessing procured and in-house applications
Providing them FAQs based on the call trends
Troubleshoot desktop operating system problems
Troubleshoot desktop procured and in-house application problems
Install/configure desktop O/S & Applications
Configure & update Antivirus software
Resolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers
Coordinate with Hardwaresupportteams and resolve any hardware failures in the printers
Resolve any issues for the printservicedue to virus in the network.
