Farmington, Connecticut (Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Weekly)

Job Description
Responsible for:
Responding to End User support requests
C-Suite executive support
Setting up and supporting end user equipment, laptops, monitors, etc.
Installing or pushing software to systems
Assisting users with online meeting support
Supporting onsite AV infrastructure
Managing asset inventory
Tracking support tickets
Technologies :
Dell Laptops and monitors
Manage Engine Endpoint Central for asset management and deployments
Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams
Citrix
Active Directory
Based on the individuals motivation and eagerness to advance there are opportunities to have exposure to the following:
Cyber Security and Information security compliance
Business Process automation using Microsoft power apps/Flow/Sharepoint online
Infrastructure cloud migration to Azure for Desktop as a service, and server infrastructure
