Desktop/Helpdesk Support technician. Image computers with a set parameter using SCCM Task sequencing. Track deployment of assets with an online excel spreadsheet or ticket management system. Conduct installation of approved DPS software. Unboxing/boxing of computers with weights up to 25lbs, placing units on shelfs or assisting carrying units to transport vehicles. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required experience with using the SCCM task sequencing process to install images 4 Required Knowledge of system analysis, design methodology, and client hardware and software systems in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of the configuration of devices and drivers including their installation and updates.
