Job Description

Assistant Manager Online Sales is responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets for their product lines. This role effectively develops and executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce revenue growth plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly sales planning & working on sales funnels.data-driven approach for growth
  • Revenue generation from Email Marketing with the help of various customer segments with respect to the business
  • Basic understanding of CRO,SEO, SMO,HTML, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics
  • Creating the concept of Banners for display advertising, Templates for Email marketing
  • Use of various marketing automation tools
  • To analyze customer behavior creating polls , surveys , checking out videos on provided tools
  • Analyze data, build insights on industry, competition & consumer trends to fill product gaps
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively for the assigned product & improvement in existing product at regular intervals. coordinate with various cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements.
  • Setting up a process of telecalling for customer feedback
  • Collaborate with Tech teams on day to day basis to fulfill all product-related requirements

  • Have excellent data analysis skills and the ability to analyze customer data and develop innovative strategies
  • Have experience in digital marketing and online sales
  • Have exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
  • Have the ability to influence and interact with senior management
  • Is adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, high growth internet business
  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or A post-graduate in Business Administration, with prior experience in marketing on a digital platform.

Experience required:

  • 4+years
