Contact potential/existing customers to inform them about a product/service.

Required Candidate profile--

Self motivated with good communication skills in English.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Ability to persuade and negotiate.

• Shifts: Majorly night shifts(Graveyard shifts).

• Days of working - 5 days(Rotational week offs)

• Education requirement: UG/Graduate/PG.

• Experience required: Freshers and 1 yr of international inbound customer service voice Both are Experience Required(upselling Experience would be preferred).
• Salary to be given: Max Up to 36k in hand +incentives based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

In this role candidate is expected to work in shifts supporting customers in solving their queries and issues working from office in Noida / Gurgaon.

• Must be able to understand customer queries / issues and provide solutions accordingly.
• A good team player.
