Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Prospect: Proactively research and identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from our PLM and CAD/CAM software solutions. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospective client. Conduct in-depth discussions to discover pain points and demonstrate how our PLM and CAD/CAM solutions can address their specific requirements.
  3. Product Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the features and benefits of our PLM and CAD/CAM software. Customize presentations to align with the client's industry and business objectives.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects. Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
  5. Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide competitive and accurate proposals.
  6. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities. Leverage this knowledge to position our PLM and CAD/CAM solutions effectively.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  8. Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with our technical experts to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams during the deployment phase.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the PLM, CAD, or CAM domain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Technical acumen to understand and effectively discuss PLM and CAD/CAM solutions with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling PLM, CAD, CAM, or related software solutions is highly advantageous.
