Hiring For Sr, UI UX Designer

Job Description Understand product specifications and user psychology. - Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. - Create personas through user research and data. - Reimagine interaction models. - Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability). - Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. - Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends. - Proven experience as a UX Designer. - Strong portfolio of design projects. - Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus - Excellent communication skills. Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business. - Develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the Digital team. - Document Business Process Flows. - Support execution of projects and programs by creating visibility (project plans), progress (trackers/status-updates), and recommendations on best path forward. - Support accurate performance reporting, providing weekly updates on progress against KPIs and other operational metrics.
