Role: Manufacturing Technician
Duration: 06 Months (Very strong possibility of conversion to Full time)
Job Location: Lexington, MA

Role Type: 5 days. Onsite. Candidate needs to be flexible as shifts will rotate every two weeks. Shifts 7-3:30, 3:00-11:30, 11:00 -7:30 & 8.5 hours. There is a possibility of overtime. It's a plus if the candidate is flexible with overtime. On Saturdays.

job description:

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing background. It is preferred but not mandatory.
• Role involves a lot of paperwork & calculations.
• Computer skills are required such as excel, word, email as a lot of work involves working with computers. Each candidate will be issued a laptop which will be used for documentation & training. Manufacturing work is also conducted in computers.
• Role involves Assembly, Dye cutting, Roller press, Frame work, Lifting of moulds etc.
• Experience with quality inspection is a big plus.
• No job hoppers.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is not required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing background.

Interviews:

• In person interview with the HM. Only one interview.
