Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback.
Demonstrate data driven approach.
Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
Clear understanding of phonics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Maths, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a
plus.
Proven experience in teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong
understanding of phonics principles.
Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and platforms.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work remotely or in a specified office location, depending on company policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience with online education platforms and tools.
Prior experience in teaching (phonics), curriculum development or instructional design.
