Job Role: Marketing Head
Experience: 10-15 years
Location : New delhi
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive offline and online marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing campaigns, advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and media agencies.
Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for innovative marketing strategies.
Responsible for Offline + Online Marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, preferably in the education or related industry.
Should have handled Marketing Budget of 5-10 Cr.
Strong understanding of offline and online marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools.
