Citadel at Home, a leading provider of home healthcare services, is looking for a highly motivated Home Care Recruiter to join our team in Ocean County. As a Home Care Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong knowledge of recruitment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified Certified Home Health Aide candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and requirements
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruiting activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of home healthcare industry and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
