What's in it for you?

Requirements

As our chosen Sales Representative, every day you will help people buy their dream home and lead the overall happiness of the community! Oakridge (210 Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Phoenix, OR and we want YOU!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
  • Demonstrate community and homes and apply product knowledge to prospective buyer needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
  • Monitor advertising effectiveness. Gather information about market competition in the area and file.
  • Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of potential buyers in order to match those needs to a property.
  • Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Homes sales, preferable NEW and or Manufactured Housing
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Bonus Skills

Manage America Experience (Plus)

Customer service of 6 months or more in an MHC park or hotel industry

Sales Experience
