Hospice RN Supervisor Location: US-TX-Pearland Email this job to a friend

New Age Hospice is currently looking for a RN Supervisor in the Pearland, TC and surrounding areas! If you are tired of the hectic schedule and looking for a Supervisor Role but not wanting to lose the patient care, then this is the right position for you! This position will include the following: - A salary pay scale
- Both in-office and direct patient care in their homes
- Managing other RNs and LPNs with patients in the surrounding counties
Qualifications - Minimum 3 year of experience in professional nursing role.
- Minimum 1 year (2 years for ACHC Accreditation) of Hospice or Home Health experience as a RN obtained within the last 36 months, experience in Hospice preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
- Must possess valid RN license in good standing in the State of Texas and/or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Must possess reliable transportation with a valid drivers license in good standing and current auto insurance.
- Must be successful in managing appointments with all of your clients.
- Must complete all charting on paper, not electronically.
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, co-workers, and physicians, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
