Job Description
- Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT,
- Right from understanding the requirement of Hiring Managers,
- Sourcing and screening the profiles,
- Using Portals like- Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
- Conducting HR interview over the phone, salary negotiation and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date.
- Should be open to work in Non-IT and IT domains.
- Target Oriented
- Maintaining Proper Records
Requirements:
- Any graduate/ MBA (HR)
- Good Communication Skills
- Disciplined and Positive Attitude
- Laptop is mandatory
Salary Rs. 18,000 up to Rs. 25,000 per month.
