We are a food production company that manufactures snacks, looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain human resources records, including employment files and HR databases.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bilingual (English - Spanish).
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
