We are adding an HR Assistant to our Springfield Phoenix family! Do you have a passion for making a difference in someones life? What is an HR Employee Relations Specialist you ask? The definition of employee relations refers to an organizations efforts to create and maintain a positive relationship with its employees. Job Duties:

• Daily filing, data entry, general office duties & admin duties.
• Verifying paperwork & processing new hire files.
• Support the Human Resources team as needed.
• Instructing Orientation classes for all Phoenix family members new to the job.
• Act as the primary contact for Phoenix Employees in Human Resources.

Requirements

• Level of Excellence in Customer Service.
• Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required; HR experience a definite plus.
• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Windows Operating System).
• Patient & Attentive Listener with a Positive & Outgoing Attitude.
• Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable.
• Genuine Care for People: This position is responsible for many first impressions; we only get one first impression!
• Interacting with office and field staff.
• Professional appearance is a non-negotiable.
