Job DescriptionDescription We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team as an HR Recruitment Specialist in the ship design industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles within our shipbuilding company, ensuring that we hire the right talent to meet our business needs. You will be crucial in attracting, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidates" skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. You will also coordinate and participate in recruitment events like job fairs and career. expos. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the shipbuilding industry and its unique requirements. You should be familiar with shipbuilding roles and possess the ability to assess candidates" suitability for these positions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders regularly. Also, you should have a keen eye for detail, since you will be looking over resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate profiles. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Available to join as soon as possible Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist or similar role in the shipbuilding industry Strong understanding of shipbuilding roles and industry requirements Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to assess candidates" skills, qualifications, and cultural fit A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
