Job Description

Role Descg>ription This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations Experience in policy development, implementation, and compliance Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the. healthcare industry is a plus
