Job Title: Human Resources II - Manufacturing

Position Overview: As a Human Resources II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department. You will work closely with employees, providing guidance and support in various HR functions, with a specific focus on workers' compensation in a manufacturing setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years of HR experience to grow their career with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workers' Compensation: Manage and oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for employees and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
  • Benefits Administration: Support employees with benefits-related inquiries and administer benefits programs.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to workers' compensation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
