Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

• Interview, screen, and recruit for job openings


• Assist with Payroll and timekeeping


• Manage on boarding process for new hires (drug screens, background, in-processing)


• Handle employee relations and grievances

Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist

• Must have 5+ years of experience in an HR role


• Bachelors Degree


• SHRM or PHR certification


• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Compensation for the Human Resources Generalist

• $45,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience
