Omni Therapy, a leading provider in hospital and health care services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. This position is crucial to the success of the organization and requires someone who is deeply committed to our values and mission.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management in the hospital and health care industry. They should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, they should be a confident communicator who is able to work collaboratively with all members of the organization to achieve goals.Join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality health care services to the community.Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates, Develop and maintain relationships with job placement agencies, colleges, and professional organizations to ensure a diverse pool of candidates Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to benefits administration, including eligibility, enrollments, and claims resolution Collaborate with department heads to develop employee performance metrics, and create performance improvement plans as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field required Minimum of 5 years professional experience in human resources management required In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
