Job Title Human Resources Operations Project Manager

Location Remote, Central or ET time zone

Duration 12 Months

Responsibilities:

The HR Project Manager holds an important role in helping shape the application and implementation of HR systems, policies and practices, collaboratively across HR centers of excellence. He/she will serve as a project advisor to various HR teams helping to ensure success. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated history of success as a human resources generalist and a project manager in a high growth and dynamic environment; possessing a hands-on proactive style with attention to detail and follow up. This position will ensure detailed project management and support of HR projects, procedures, and communications in a manner that is reflective both of legal and regulatory issues, and's organizational culture and standards. This project manager will be called upon to continue documenting and refining's domestic and global HR processes and procedures in order to increase efficiencies and minimize risk. Key Responsibilities include:

As part of a cross-functional project team provide constructive insight and guidance on the HR components of the project.

o This will include identifying key action items, timelines and resources, and assessing potential risk factors.

o Document the project plan and deliverables, business case and action items through a variety of modes: Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc.

o Proactively liaises with and follows up with the individual HR team members who will execute the HR components of the project.

o Ensure that goals and timelines are communicated up front, deadlines are being met, and potential obstacles are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Create "Task Plan" template for use by each functional HR area (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, etc.), which outlines all key major deliverables and target due date for each.

o Review progress with the Project Team and Project Director on a regular basis and escalate any potential delays to the appropriate individual

o Work with internal and external HR partners on key projects

o Contribute to the creation and/or modification of HR policies and procedures Qualifications:

10+ years HRBP/HR generalist experience (international HR experiences a plus)

10+ years project management experience leading cross functional teams

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in HR; prior administrative experience is also useful

A self-starter who can operate with minimal direction, takes initiative, and be resourceful in problem-solving

Curiosity to learn and inquisitiveness to ask questions

Ability to develop programs with limited structure and no precedence

Excellent detail, organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, influence and prioritization skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in US federal, state and local employment law.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to proactively identify issues and inter-dependencies, and to devise effective solutions.

Excellent project management skills including:

o planning, organizing and execution of project deliverables;

o leading, organizing and motivating project teams to work collectively to deliver results in a timely and effective manner;

o developing and maintaining effective working relationships with project teams, internal clients and external vendors;

o ensuring projects are completed as cost-effectively as possible while meeting business objectives;

o effectively communicating progress and escalating issues in a proactive manner; and

o Maintaining thorough documentation and organization of project activities and files.

Track record of success analyzing people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to business units and HR Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement.

Proficiency with project management and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project
