This is an industry primed for innovation. The addressable market of $35B includes 1M HCPs and 4.5B prescriptions filled/year. Historically, drug companies relied on in person drug sales reps to conduct in-person meetings to educate doctors. Those interactions have become less and less meaningful and COVID expedited the true end game, interactive digital engagement.

At the same time, the transition to digital engagement hasnt met expectations; lacking unified customer experience, presenting fragmented data and resources, and cumbersome navigation. PrescriberPoints human centered design and cutting-edge technology created a core product with easy to use and consistent interfaces to branded products discovery and education, timely interaction with life science experts, patient co-pay and prior authorization support and more all in a one-stop-shop.

Our next generation pharma marketing platform will go beyond traditional consumer display advertising and use its traffic to engage HCPs in value-added, a la carte experiences that use first party and third-party data to allow pharma brands to engage HCPs on an on-demand basis.

We were incubated within Eli Lilly's Innovation Center in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures.


HR Operations Specialist, Part-time contract with a possibility for FTE in the future.

PrescriberPoint (PPT) is seeking to contract with an HR Operations Specialist to assist in managing the growth of the company and its personnel. The company currently has 17 employees and over the remainder of the year plans to add 14 more. Additionally, we have a number of contractors providing expertise and work product in support of PPTs goals. Your role will be to bring your expertise in HR to PPT to:

  • Enable the smooth onboarding of new personnel, including administrative setup with our benefits and payroll provider, and accounting team.
  • Provide orientation and access to systems, procedures and policies, training, and compliance.
  • Support current employees with any HR-related questions and needs.
  • Manage the setup of a new HRIS, including orienting employees to its use.
  • Act as the primary interface to our service providers who directly and indirectly support HR.
  • Maintain the organization of all employee-related documents and data in the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with the companys legal, accounting, and recruiting professionals to ensure that employee matters are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

A qualified HR Operations Specialist candidate will have a track record of and demonstrated ability to:

  • Facilitate a high growth companys personnel expansion.
  • Provide the executive team with expert guidance in HR matters, knowing when to seek guidance from legal and upper management.
  • Provide employees with a comfortable, trustworthy, and responsive environment to ask questions and address any concerns.
  • Manage employee training and compliance execution.
  • PHR certification highly desirable.
