Bethel Church of Redding is seeking a Human Resources Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and leading a variety of HR projects, working closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as a passion for the mission and vision of Bethel Church. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week) with benefits, with the possibility of partial remote work. We are looking for a talented HR Project Manager to join our team and support our mission. This position is full-time (30 hours per week) non-exempt (paid hourly). Annual compensation: $31,900 - $36,000.
Responsibilities - Partner with the HR Director to develop and plan HR projects. Manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to align project goals with overall organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and the roles and responsibilities of team members.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, identify potential project roadblocks and risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure project deliverables are of high quality, including presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Demonstrated experience in project management (be prepared to provide examples and/or references who can speak to project management experience). Experience with HR projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to plan and manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others to achieve results, including senior leadership and project sponsors.
