Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills:
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applications, Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling and recognition programs, Supervise personnel clerks performing filing and record-keeping duties, Recruit and hire staff
