Location: Preferred location is Cerritos, CA followed by any other locations including but not limited to Woodland Hills CA, Thousand Oaks CA, Mason, OH, Richmond VA, Atlanta GA, Norfolk VA
Hybrid Model 2-3 days per week onsite Must work PST Time Zone

Full Stack Developer for HCC and Risk Adjustment
Top Mandatory Skills: Java, Angular, Healthcare, SQL Server, AWSHIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS: Risk Adjustment Knowledge, Facets Data Model (NOTE: For now, we would like to only consider profiles that also have the highly preferred skills.)
Creates and performs feature development, and testing and determines environmental needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
Partners with business, architecture, and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of tools utilized.
Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
Ensures effective monitoring of systems.
Defines development strategy, standards, and support tools.
Proactively works with business stakeholders to identify future system opportunities, and enhancements, and develop and implement them successfully.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience working in the US Healthcare industry.
5+ experience in Java, angular 8+, spring framework/spring boot, SQL Server, SSIS, Microservices, API development
2+ years of experience in SAFe Agile processes
Preferred Qualifications
Informatica knowledge
Risk Adjustment Knowledge
Facets Data Model.
