Hybris Business Analyst

• 5+ years of experience with Hybris Commerce application

• Excellent knowledge of Hybris Commerce functionalities including product modeling, product assortment, user management, customer management, catalog management, content management, shopping cart and checkout, product search, return management, payments and workflow management

• Two plus implementations in Hybris Commerce for a global, multi-national corporation involving multi-currency and multi-language

• Understand Hybris data structures, facilitate discussions about data models and apply expertise and past experience to anticipate business implications of data modeling decisions and make necessary compromises

• Have expertise in effectively identifying the standard OOTB features and areas that requires custom development

• Must have knowledge of Hybris framework customization (modules, cockpits, back-office, templates) providing fit/gap analysis

• Experience in Web Application design, development of high available, and heavy traffic web applications

• Experience in load testing and security of Web applications

• Experience in balancing localization and translation

• Experience in SAP Master Data, Order Management, and Pricing configuration along with Hybris - SAP ECC or CRM integration expertise.

Responsibilities include review of business requirements, evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution development and provide technical leadership and advice as needed. As the Hybris Commerce Functional Analyst, you will work in a heavily cross- functional environment involving multiple teams to sustain existing application platform. This individual will be partnering with business to drive transactional e-Commerce experiences and execute initiatives that drives success on the Web Platform.
