The ideal candidate for the Hydraulic Technician will be a part of the Hydraulic's team of mechanics and learn everything about the assembly of all Hog Tech Systems, with the primary focus on hydraulics.

Specific responsibilities include:
Follow instructions given by the Hydraulic Lead and follow production orders to assemble the HOG equipment.
Read illustrations, diagrams or schematics to determine how to assemble components.
Measure and mark dimensions of parts to ensure a tight fit and a quality product.
Adjust, repair, re-work parts and assemblies to ensure proper operation.
Maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
Attention to continuous improvement opportunities.
Follow all company regulations.
Other duties as assigned by team lead and/or production supervisor.

Requirements

***This is an On-site, not a Remote job.***

Qualifications/Experience:

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent. Vocational/Trade School mechanic training or certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience as Medium or Heavy Truck Mechanic or Heavy Equipment.
Experience working with Hydraulic motors, valve and cylinder rebuilding required.
Skilled in using power and air tools.
Must have own tools, and be comfortable using, typical shop tools to assemble a variety of components.
Self-disciplined, highly organized, goal-oriented.
Must possess the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be fluent in English, ability to speak other languages a plus.

Other Important Information:

Supervisory Responsibility - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment - This job operates in a shop environment where tools and other machinery is used.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, this schedule may vary based on the needs of the shop and as assigned by the production supervisor which will change as required based on job duties demand.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications - Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay Rate Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
