As a
I2M Sub Business Process Owner / Product Owner (Software Development)
youll be responsible for driving digitalization of innovation processes across Signify.

What youll do



You will initiate and drive innovation process improvements with a digitalization nature



You will define requirements and set priorities within process improvement projects



You will closely collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the global Signify innovation organization and Information Technology



You will set the direction and provide leadership for Software Development across Signify innovation



You will define and update innovation processes and provide training across Signify



Your qualifications




You are passionate about driving improvements in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment



You have at least 5 years of experience in leading Software development teams and indepth insight in the Software development process



You have at least 5 years of experience in the development and release of new products and systems



You are keen to learn new things, and up-to-date with latest advancements in work automation like Generative AI



You have a Masters degree in a technical discipline - or equivalent
