This project manager will assist OCIO with the development of a statewide technology strategic plan

Duties:

Develop a strategic marketing plan to increase usage of OCIO technology services with local Iowa governments.

Assist with Organizational Change Management activities related to the WorkSmart project Workday Implementation.
?Develop training materials for use in Workday user training
?Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using Workday s analytical tool Prism
?Assist in the development of agency communications regarding the progress of the WorkSmart project
?Assist in facilitating meetings and discussions with agencies regarding the progress of the WorkSmart project
?Represent the Office of the CIO in all meetings and conversations regarding the WorkSmart project.

Assist Iowa in increasing its B grade in the Digital State Survey by interviewing agencies about technology accomplishments and formulating information gathered to align with the Governor s goals for technology.


Develop a strategic marketing plan to increase usage of OCIO technology services with local Iowa governments.
?Identify targeted audiences and outreach efforts necessary to reach those audiences.
?Develop a campaign to persuade local governments to utilize OCIO services, including marketing materials, websites, and other ways to get the word out about available technology services.
?Represent the OCIO when meeting with local governments and presenting at meetings and conferences
