IDD Waiver Health & Safety Team Manager

Who we need:
The IDD Waiver Health & Safety Team Manager will provide daily operational oversight and instruction to team members performing on-site, face-to-face reviews for IDD Waiver members who reside in Intensively Supportive Settings (ISS)/Group Homes (GH) in WV. The manager will ensure program deliverables and budgetary guidelines are achieved, support quality measures and Home and Community Based Waiver reporting requirements. WV travel is required to conduct/assist with onsite provider health and safety reviews, etc. Other responsibilities will include completing associated reports, identifying trends, conducting technical assistance, and training with provider agencies based on findings. The Manager will report to the IDD Waiver Program Director and have regular interaction with Kepros State contractors. Completes special projects as assigned.
This position will include office and remote work as needed to successfully meet the expectations of the client.

What youll need:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelors degree in human services field
- Masters Degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- The applicant must be organized, experienced with Microsoft software (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrate knowledge of WV Medicaid IDD Waiver policies and requirements.
- Knowledge and experience working with Kepros I/DD Waiver CareConnection is preferred.
Experience
- Two years experience with the I/DD Waiver program required, prior supervisory experience a plus.
