General requirements: night shift 7p-7a, every other weekend, Memorial day and 4th of July, PCU/ICU preferred. ALS/BLS required. every other weekend. Unit information: 13 bed flex acuity unit. Our main transplants are allogeneic but we do autos as well. We also have CAR T cell transplants that is newer type of cellular therapy transplant with goal of curative therapy which is very exciting. Our unit is very team oriented with a high focus on quality and safety measures to protect our patients as they have no immune system for weeks. Our average length of stay is 3-4 weeks and the families are usually very involved. Patient ratios are 1:2 for ICU LOC, 2:3 for PCU LOC and 3:5 for Med Surg LOC.SCHOOL MUST BE ACCREDITED BY ACEN OR CCNEIN LICENSE REQUIRED
