6.Support proposed solutions with working prototype and artefacts
7.Write well designed, testable, efficient code, perform unit testing and

9.Prepare technical documentation supporting the developed application
10. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
11. Willing to work in multiple projects without disrupting the quality of delivery
