The IT/AV Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating projects related to IT and AV systems deployment, ensuring seamless execution from scoping to initiation through completion. This role will collaborate with Sales Operations, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate with all levels of personnel.

Requirements

• Manage IT/AV project budgets, resources, and scope in collaboration with IT/AV Services clients while adhering to financial parameters.
• Manage a project schedule and work plan with assigned IT/AV team resources.
• Adjust AV project schedules and targets as needed to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines, tracking progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues.
• Communicate project status updates, milestones, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement processes by liaising with Sales Operations to track equipment delivery required for IT/AV projects.
• Assist in defining project scope and facilitating project change requests to ensure that all parties are informed on the impacts on schedule and/or budgets.
• Work with technical team to ensure that technical specifications, documentation, and user manuals are accurately prepared and distributed to relevant parties.
• Maintain service process data in CRM, collaboration, and budget tracking related systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external staffing team members for scheduling of technicians.

Qualificationsinclude but not limited to:

• Ability to coordinate IT/AV projects of various sizes and to manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements is required.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in managing Audio Visual, IT and/or structured cabling projects preferred.
• Associate degree or related experience preferred.
