Role: ITIL Process Manager
Location: Richmond, VA

Knowledge/Skills:
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification
- Experience working with stakeholders at various organization levels to gather requirements and information required to analyze and develop recommendations related to ITIL practices
- Experience implementing ITIL methodologies for the following ITIL practices: Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex technical ideas to audiences with various levels of technical knowledge

Required/Desired Skills:
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification Required 2 Years
- Experience implementing ITIL methodologies for the following ITIL practices: Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release managemet Required 3 Years
- Ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements Required 3 Years
- Relevant work experience within VA state government Nice to have 2 Years
