ITOM Architect

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Must be local, No Relocation)

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Bill Rate to ICS: $80/hr.

The IT Operation Management (ITOM) team is building an enterprise-level service operations, management and mapping solution using the ServiceNow product. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. Among the applications we are responsible for: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Analytics.

As the ITOM Architect, you will be expected to contribute to project and solution delivery including:

- Drive ITOM technical vision and strategy

- Lead architecture and design for ITOM components

- Perform Application and Workflow Configuration

- Develop requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for

-- data integrations

-- bug fixes and enhancements

-- reports and analytics

- Interface with service areas and operations teams

- Prepare for upcoming product releases

- Champion ITOM best practices throughout the enterprise

REQUIRED ServiceNow Experience:

System Administration including Architecture and Integration

ITOM Implementation (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)

Application Development (Design, Scripting and Development)

Configuration Management Application expertise

Database design schemas and data modeling

NICE-TO-HAVE Experience:

ITIL v4

Infrastructure Monitoring tools

Application Monitoring tools

ALIS Software
