We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join us and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering new projects from the design stage through implementation, troubleshooting, early life support, and final sign-off. You will also be responsible for performing solution uplifts and offering support to our existing clients using MarXtar's portfolio of ITxM offerings. This is a customer-facing role that values experience and gravitas, allowing you to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and maintain the high level of trust that we have established with our partners and clients.

Responsibilities

Consultancy for one or more MarXtar solutions, such as Ivanti and HaloITSM.

Conduct customer solution workshops and create design documents.

Provide build and customization consultancy for your nominated ITxM portfolio.

Promote ITIL and MarXtar solution best practices to our customers.

Deliver knowledge sharing and training to MarXtar customers as required.

Work on one or more projects concurrently and be an assigned consultant for existing customers.

Provide assistance to other ITxM consultants as needed.

Troubleshoot issues across your assigned ITxM portfolio.

Act as a product champion across the ITxM team for your chosen portfolio and provide creative solutions to expand MarXtar services further.

Identify opportunities for customers to derive more from their ITxM investment and upsell opportunities for MarXtar.

Participate in pre-sales and marketing activities, including shows, webinars, and demos, where needed.

Occasional travel to customer sites or partner-led events.

Professional Requirements

Three or more years of ITSM experience as a consultant or in a hands-on ITSM role.

ITIL v3 or v4 Certification, minimum Foundation Level.

Technical skills in at least one of Ivanti, HaloITSM (other vendor solutions considered).

ITxM vendor consultancy accreditations (an advantage if already attained).

Competence in Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL, and VMware skills are advantageous.

Programming skills in JavaScript and/or PowerShell are advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
