I. JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Compliance Senior Analyst works with the Team Lead to support the ITGC and SOX
Compliance efforts at Quanta Corporate. The senior analyst will work with various operating units and
teams within Quanta to ensure compliance and improve information security and risk posture. As a
senior analyst, he/she will provide support and guidance to junior analysts when needed and make
sure that internal procedures are followed to carry out daily operations.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review, track, and monitor periodic reviews in accordance with internal procedures and
guidelines and ensure timelines stay on target by escalating and identifying obstacles.
2. Work with IT to close issues through oversight and review of remediation plans and to
accompany evidence.
3. Communicate compliance-related information and status updates to all stakeholders.
4. Assist in the identification of monitoring process improvements.
5. Assist in the collection/analysis of information for compliance reporting.
6. Maintains and updates the IT Compliance SharePoint portal.
7. Assist in the administration, testing, and use of ITC-managed applications.
8. Stays up to date on changes to technology, internal policy and standards, and relevant
regulatory programs, and evaluates potential impacts on controls.
III. QUALIFICATION: Not Applicable
1. At least two (2) years of related experience.
2. Bachelor's degree.
