Immediate and long-term opportunity for an IT Contracts Analyst with an industry leading company in the North Dallas area! The IT Contracts Analyst will support the IT Department with a focus on Contracts and Vendor Management. Additionally, the IT Contracts Analyst will assist with contract drafting and administration, while following legal contract administration practices.

*This role has a hybrid schedule in the North Dallas area (3 Days Onsite Per Week) *

Desired Experience:

• 3+ years of experience leading, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts

• Experience in in effective negotiations on price, delivery, and commercial terms and conditions
• Experience implementing and monitoring governance processes while following a continual service improvement framework (CSI)
• Knowledge of IT specific contract language; other contract knowledge a plus
