IT Delivery Manager In Support of Data Governance Platforms (EDGtE)"

Voya is embarking on a Enterprise Data Transformation program that includes all aspects of enterprise data services including a developing a strong business driven data governance practice. Part of this program includes the successful delivery of the supporting technologies and this position will be responsible for working between IT Data Services and Enterprise Data Governance to ensure technology based capabilities and tools are delivered as expected.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between IT Data Services and the Enterprise Data Governance team who are focused on the development and implementation of an enterprise data governance practice


• Be responsible for the technology planning and delivery of Collibra's Data Governance Center
  
  
  
  • Work with Enterprise Data Governance team to validate technology and platform requirements, develop and evolve IT implementation plans, and be responsible for requirements, planning, implementation and support
  
  
  • Work with developers to create and implement Collibra integration solutions with MuleSoft.
  
  
  • Drive the development of Collibra customized workflows
  
  
  
  


• Act as IT Custodian of Voya's Data Quality tool (Experian Pandora) and Collibra Data Governance Center


• Address root cause and resolve any technical issues that the Enterprise Data Governance Office may encounter

Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:

• Financial industry knowledge (ideally in insurance or retirement services)


• Working knowledge of data management concepts including modeling, quality, governance, master data management, metadata management, etc.


• Working knowledge of the technologies that are required to support an enterprise data governance practice


• Working knowledge of the Collibra operating model to be used by the Enterprise Data Governance Office


• Product owner experience with Data Quality tools (Informatica IDQ, Syncsort / Trillium, IBM Infosphere, SAS, etc.) is required


• Ability to learn how to use Experian Pandora at an analyst level required and expected within 90 days of hire


• SQL knowledge is required


• Good project management skills


• Experience with Collibra workflow development and CollibraConnect (Mulesoft) is a plus


• Hands-on experience w/data visualization tools (Tableau/Qlikview) is a plus


• Self-starter, ability to bridge organizational gaps, move projects at a steady pace, and deliver results
