Reports to: IT Manager

This position is located in NYC and will be expected to travel and visit our store locations on a daily basis.

We value partnership, incubate good ideas, inspire passion, and celebrate innovation. As the IT Field Technician, you are responsible for exemplifying the company culture as well as:

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows/Mac PCs
• Upgrading systems to achieve a 99% uptime across all machines
• Adhering to electrical safety standards; responsible for cable management at all locations
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware efficiently
• Documenting technical and troubleshooting procedures for future reference
• Assisting the IT Dept with Help Desk Issues through Zendesk in a process-oriented manner
• Executing new store installations in multiple markets
• Support customer-facing programs that promote environmental sustainability, healthy eating, and waste reduction.

IT Technician Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
• QSR or high volume
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation is advantageous
• Proficiency in database programming and software installation
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time; weekends on-call may be required
