What You Will Do:

The Functional Analyst is responsible for the implementation of Successfactors, solutions including SAP/SF full life cycle implementation, which includes blueprinting, customization, and configuration of SAP/SF functions, testing, pre-go-live, post-go-live, and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with business resources to understand and document business requirements for application functionality, reports, customizations, interfaces, and SAP/Successfactors customization.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide independent, relevant, and objective advice on the use of the product
  • Develop business solutions and work on design and implementation of our new SAP S/4 HANA systems
  • Develop cost-effective processes and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Work with business resources to define the overall scope of work for the assigned projects.
  • Partner with developers by communicating specs and performing iterative testing to ensure accuracy and compatibility of data.
  • Capture and document systems end-to-end information flow and ancillary system integration into SAP, Successfactors, and 3rd party payroll/timekeeping solution
  • Provide support for business development, and maintaining contact with business users and extended IT team
  • Aid in the implementation and support of interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems (ie ADP, or other third-party payroll and timekeeping solutions)
  • Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members and prepare documentation and training aides, present and conduct training
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
  • Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Complies with the safety rules and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of HR/HCM relationship with other business processes
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to utilize Agile and/or lean philosophies as a continuous improvement methodology to eliminate waste, improve accuracy and build quality into processes and solutions.
  • SAP implementation skills as a direct member of a functional team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Commitment to project timelines and deliverables
  • Alignment with company values
  • 5+ years of related SAP ERP and/or SuccessFactors experience is required
  • 3+ years of experience with full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations is required
  • SAP HCM experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Additional preferred experience with BEx query designer or other ETL tools, S/4 implementation, third-party Payroll, Timekeeping, HRIS solutions
