As an IT manager you are the leader of IT specialists and part of the growing global Infrastructure & Security Team. You are responsible for a complex portfolio of IT services enabling our organization globally.

Leading your team, you will enable our organization via our InfraSec roadmap, protect our OnLogic against cybersecurity threats, optimize our capital and operational expenses, support our employees and lead our innovation funnel.

On an average day, you'll...

• Mentor, manage and grow a team of IT Specialists while evaluating their performance
• Oversee projects such as new facilities or services
• Define, prioritize and execute service management discussions
• Ensure operational excellence in alignment with our Service Level Agreements
• Ensure the ecosystem availability
• Optimize our Capital and Operational Expenses

The team you will be joining:

IT/Software: Our IT team touches every aspect of our business and each of our day to day lives here at OnLogic. Made up of software developers, infrastructure and security experts, systems and network engineers and business technology professionals, our IT team is constantly working to improve our internal systems to make our lives easier, while optimizing our website to do the same for our customers. From the technology we use to do our jobs, to the infrastructure that supports the way we build, test and ship our products, our IT team keeps our business running smoothly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure services management
• 5+ years experience in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management and PMI Project Management frameworks are a plus
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

• You understand what leadership muscles you need to flex to effectively lead and inspire teams.
• You are a clear communicator; with examples of setting expectations and holding teams accountable to the outcomes.
• Youve demonstrative ability to build and develop a high performing team
• Youre a problem solver with creative ideas to support our shared future growth and success.
• A self starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, thinking independently and acting proactively
• Effective communicator, delivering critical feedback in a constructive way while working collaboratively cross-functionally
• Technically adept and embraces innovation and automation with a mind toward continuous improvement

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
