Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Remote)
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 2-3 Months
Job Type: Corp-Corp / 1099 / Contract W2
Rate: 25/hr. on 1099
Client: State of Virginia
Note: Candidates must be ONSITE on Orientation Day
Job Description:
A history of achievement in coordinating time sensitive projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using word processing programs and spreadsheets
Solid references
Experience with using and updating ticket tracking software (BugTrack, ServiceNow preferred)
Responsibilities:
Using and updating ticket tracking software (BugTrack, ServiceNow preferred) including pulling reports for Management use
Facilitating Meetings and documenting and distributing Meeting Minutes
Facilitating Issue resolution
Creating and distributing project communications and release notes
Assisting PM with project tasks and tracking project progress
Reporting progress to management
Other project coordination duties as assigned
