Job Duties:
Plan, initiate, manage, and coordinate all aspects of information technology projects for building product enhancements in Zscaler's software, from initiation to delivery. Liaise and coordinate between business and technical teams for delivery project/product needs.

Perform Platform SuiteBuilder customizations including custom fields, custom record types, custom transactions, and segments. Address business process gaps through customization tools such as workflows and SuiteScript. Develop or assist in integrations between 3rd party systems and NetSuite. Acting as a technical thought leader, develop solutions that involve custom records, custom transactions, automations, scripts and workflows. Track project and task assignments, and follow up with the cross functional on outstanding items. Respond to support requests that require scripting and other advanced customizations. Assist and develop analytics using on-platform tools such as saved searches and reports, as well as through custom methods. As an expert member of the team, lead the Technical Roadmap for the NetSuite Platform.

May supervise the work of Software Developers. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer software-related occupation.

May supervise the work of Software Developers. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Special Requirements:
Position requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following skills:
1) Design and develop NetSuite application using SuiteCloud Development framework including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Suitebuilder etc.
2) Work on integration requirements with different systems to integrate with NetSuite using REST and SOAP based webservices. Lead the integration design and help development team to build the integration.
3) Write technical design and provide technical leadership for development/testing team on implementation. Lead the technical team and provide expertise on best practices to be followed during implementation phase.
4) Finance Processes for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report etc.
5) Experience with Enterprise Billing and Revenue Management software (Oracle Billing and Revenue management system). Gathered business requirements with and translated into technical requirements. Analyzed gaps and provided solutions to the customers.

Position also requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:
6) Experience in building and executing unit tests and unit test plans.
