Position : IT Project Manager Location : DFW, TX Duration : 8 Months with EXT What you'll do Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for multiple projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma/Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies. Manages/oversees all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects across various supply chain stakeholders Creates, publishes, and tracks project timelines with key stakeholders and proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results Monitors and advocates process, identifies gaps, and proposes improvement ideas to manager Facilitates project meetings and oversee project tracking/analysis reports Interfaces with project stakeholders at all levels of management to ensure project priorities are aligned with business needs and expectations Ensures that appropriate project documentation and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered Uses business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping, interviewing, facilitation, system component design, testing, and implementation Brings new, smarter, more efficient ways of working to the team Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training in Project Management 5+ years project management experience cross departmental Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Must be able to self-manage and perform job duties with little direction Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources Ability to grasp the objectives, scope and dynamics of a project and translate them into timelines, stakeholder lists, dependencies, requirements, etc. Strong time management skills: ability to troubleshoot, juggle multiple projects and prioritize Must be located in DFW Area Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams while leveraging Agile methodologies, with strong focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams Certified ScrumMaster/PMP or Lean Six Sigma is a plus Ability to think strategically and develop tactical methods to achieve objectives and goals Creative thinking on how to improve existing processes and introduce new ways of working efficiently Airline Industry/Supply Chain experience IT PM Requirements: Must work in office (DFW AA HQ) 2-3 days a week 5+ years IT agile project management experience Azure Dev Ops experience Basic knowledge of Azure, MongoDB, SQL, Angular, .net, java preferred Must be able to self-manage and perform job duties with little direction.
