Job Title: IT Project Manager Mid level Total 7 years of experience Job Duration: Right to Hire Location: Parsippany, NJ Hybrid Role Client: Agadia Systems Only Video interview Pay Rate: $50/hr. on C2C Accept relocation candidate Client Notes: 3 days onsite We need a solid two years of application development experience and then 3-5 solid years of Project Management experience using tools like Microsoft Project. This candidate needs to be technical and not junior. We'll change the title of the role to IT Project Manager. The client has 4 candidate interviews between tomorrow and Tuesday next week. IF WE HAVE A CANDIDATE BY TOMORROW, then we will get an interview for Wednesday or Thursday 8/2 or 8/3. And the HM agreed not to make a commitment to another candidate before our candidate interviews. Ideal candidate comes from being a developer Ideally spends 50/50 of their career in development and then IT PM 2 years of experience as a coder + 3-5 years as a Project Manager overall 7 years max experience. IT PM with development background Any development language is OK Be able to make good presentations o Full Microsoft suit Someone who can take good notes IT Project manager will be responsible for organizing and managing our client requirements and IT projects and ensure all project deliverable meet in time, within budget with quality. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical & management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. What You'll Do: Responsible for organizing and managing client requirements and IT projects and ensure all project deliverables are met in time and within budget. Conduct design session with technical team. Develop and maintain project plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation. Coordinate all delivered during various stages of SDLC until production releases. Work closely with all workstreams (IT Architects, Developers, Client, QAs, and AMs) and maintain collective decisions. Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project calls with clients. Document all estimates, project statuses and publish them to leadership. What You Bring: Bachelors or Master's degree in computer related fieldnbsp; 3 - 5 years of IT Project Managment experience. 2 to 3 years as a developer is requirednbsp; Solid technical & management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient experience using Microsoft Project, O365 and Outlook. Good experience and various SDLC methodologies. Familiarity with IT standards such as HITRUST, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST and programming languages. Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Decision making and leadership skills. Certification in project management (PMP) is desired. Pharma experience is a plus.
